β－胡萝卜素对小鼠鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性及表皮乳头状瘤的抑制

摘　　要：通过检测β－胡萝卜素对弗波脂（ＴＰＡ）诱导的鸟氨酸脱浚酶（ＯＤＣ）活性的影响和小鼠皮肤二阶段乳头状瘤模型分析了β－胡萝卜素的抑癌作用。结果表明，β－胡萝卜素能显著抑制ＴＰＡ诱导的ＯＤＣ活性的升高，并能延迟癌肿发生的时间，减少癌肿发生的数目，对于癌有明显的化学预防作用。nticarcinogenic action of β-carotene was analyzed with determination of ornithine decarhxylase(ODC)actlvity induced by TPA and a two-stage model of skin papilloma-genesis in mice. Results showed increase of ODC activity induced by TPA could be significantly inhibited,onset of tumor post- pond,and number of tumor foci decreased by β-carotene。It suggested β-carotene had an obvious chemoprophylactic effect on tumor.
