摘　　要：在挂面生产的微机控制系统中，采用参数自调整Ｆｕｚｚｙ－ＰＩ控制算法，能自动修改参数，完善Ｆｕｚｚｙ控制参数，对各烘干室温湿度进行模糊智能控制，效果理想。The parameter self-adjustable Fuzzy-PI control algorithm is used in the Microcomputer control system of find dried noodle production. Fuzzy intelligent control of the tepartment and humidity in the oasthouses is realized, to a prefect one. The effect is very satisfying.
