摘  要:利用矩阵特征值扰动理论,给出了线性自治滞后型微分差分方程组无条件稳定的充分条件。In linear multi-loop control system, time-delay sometimes makes such a system change from an originally stable one into an unstable one. It is desirable that an engineering system is stable regardless of time-delay. This paper presents a new sufficient condition on the stability independent of that is better in some respects than previous ones.Liao's sufficient condition, proposed in 1991[3], requires that diagonal clements of matrix A0(the same as Ac in eq. 1) must be all negative. This seriously limits its application to engineering systems. The authors, new sufficient condition is not limited by this restriction.The authors' new condition, mathematically expressed, consists of eqs. (4), (9), (14), (16). The derivation of these equations is based on: (1)Xu's proof that the stability of time-delay system is equivalent to that of a certain class of complex-coefficient system[4], (2)Wilkinson's theory concerning the PCrturbation of matrix eigCnvalue [5].
