摘　　要：本研究参照国外生物表面活性剂在提高原油采收率方面的研究情况，用有机玻璃模型管对生物表面活性剂发酵液进行驱油方式和驱替速度实验，研究其对驱油效率、原油采收率的影响，从而为生物表面活性剂发酵液的深入研究和矿场应用提供参考和依据。The displacement type and velocity of the fermentation liquor of biosurfactants in plexi-glass tube model were studied with the reference of research on EOR by biosurfactantsabroad. Their effects on oil displacement efficiency and oil recovery were discussed ,providingreferences and bases for further study and field application of fermentation of biosurfactants.
