摘　　要：山珍补益膏含有较高含量的各种必需氨基酸、微量元素和维生素。An analytical method for the content of amino acid, conductivity titration, has been proposed and established in the paper, which may be used for intermediate control analysis specially. It has been used for the content analysis of glycine, DL-aspartic acid and Lsemicystioe, compared with the resut of fomaldehyde trtration, Kjeldahl determining-nitrogen rapidity, simplicity and accuracy, easy to be used widely.
