摘　　要：本文介绍用离子溅射技术和微细加工技术制备磁性薄膜磁阻传感器的方法及初步结果，并对有关问题进行讨论。The method and initial stage result of development of the magnetoresistance sensor by ionsputtering and micro-processing are presented and some problems are also discssed in the paper
