摘　　要：本文利用经典代数、分析知识就一阶中立型方程给出其解是第三临界情形的充要条件出探讨。In this paper, we use the methoks of classical algebra and mathematical ay alysis to study the neutral fype equation of first ovder and give the solution, which is a sufficient and necessary comdition of the third kind of critical conditions.
