成人急性淋巴细胞白血病和杂合性急性白血病MIC分型及预后分析

摘　　要：对２９例成人急性淋巴细胞白血病和２例杂合性急性白血病的形态学、免疫学及细胞遗传学的研究结果发现，成人急淋白血病中日细胞表型多见，其次为Ｔ细胞表型，初诊时骨髓染色体异常发生率为６５％，数目异常较儿童异常患者少见，结构异常中５５％为Ｐｈ染色体，具有Ｐｈ染色体者完全缓解率低。杂合性急性白血病双表型、双克隆型各１例，均有复杂Ｐｈ染色体畸变。he results of the morphological,immunological and cytogenetic analysis(MIC) in 29 patients with adult a-cute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL )and 2 patients with hybrid acute leukemia(HAL)were reported.It was foundthat 8 of 13 parients had B cell-ALL and 6 had T cell-ALL At diagnosis,65% of structural chromosomal abnor- malities was seen in 29 patients and Ph chromosome was found in 55% patients. The incidence of chromosomal nu- merical abnormalities was relatively low in our patients compared with children ALL Two patients with HALwere diagnosed by MIC analysis and their complex chromosome abnormal Ph translocation was reported.The com-plete remission wa5 only seen in one of seven patients with Ph translocation.
