摘 要:选用虎骨、豹骨、熊骨、黄牛骨、猪骨、狗骨、猫骨,共7种骨的胫骨,锯成粉末,对各种骨粉末的形态进行显微镜观察,并用图像分析仪检测其颗粒面积和颗粒的百分比。结果表明:虎骨、豹骨、熊骨、狗骨的颗粒面积和颗粒百分比近似,猫骨颗粒面积最大。Seven kinds of midpiece of animal tibia, i. e. tiger, Leopard , bear, cattle, pig, dog and cat, were selected in the experiment. They were ground into powder and the structure of the various kind of powder were observed by microscope. Meanwhile, by means of image analysis, the area and percentage of the powder were examined. The results showed that the powder area and percentage of bones of tiger, leopard, bear and dog were similar. And the powder area of cat's bone was the largest.
