摘　　要：利用特征为２的有限域上正交几何中一类２维全奇异子空间构造ＰＢＩＢ设计，并给出其全部参数的计算值。It's considered the n-dimensional orthorgonal over finite field with charactristic 2. The article take the set of all two-dimensional complete singular subspaces containing a fixed singular line p as the set of treatments,and constract association scheme and PBIB designs with two associate classes,whose parameters are also computed.
