摘  要:本文介绍一种不用有毒氰化钠,氰化钾或其它昂贵试剂,直接测定废水中氰化物的明胶配位分光光度法。即在pH=8.0~10.0的碱性介质中,明胶与Ag+形成银明胶配合物,该配合物与氰根反应,生成银氰配合物。该法简单、快速,在多种离子存在下不干扰测定氰根,并与异烟酸钠-巴比妥酸分光光度法相比较,相对误差在2%~15%内。This paper introduced a new method for the determination of cyanide in wastewater without the application of KCN, NaCN, or other reagents which are highly toxic and expensive, Silver gelatin complex react with cyanide in alkaline medium at pH 8.0 to 10.0.In this way,argentocyanide is produced.The maximum absorption wave length is 415 nm, This method is siample,time-saving and not interfered by the existence of other-ions. AnOther merit of this method is the needless of pre-distillation of the water sampleric. A comparison of this method with the traditional sodium iso-nicotinic-barbital spectrophotometric method has been made and the relative error is between 2%~15%.
