摘　　要：本文对两类分块阵的性质及其与拟分块对角占优矩阵的关系进行了研究，并应用于矩阵正稳定和亚正定性的判定，有关结果包含了［４－８］的相应结论。Abstract In this paper, some properties on two classes of partitioned matrices are obtained. As their applications, we give some sufficient conditions of positive stability and sub-positive definity for a matrix.
