摘　　要：本文给出了亚正定阵的左、右逆特征值问题有解的充要条件，并在有解时给出了解的通式。This paper considers problem I : given X, Z∈Rn×m, Y,W∈Rn×m, find such that AX=Z, YTA=WT, where The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of problem I are obtained, the expression of the general solution of problem I is also given.
