摘  要:用真代谢能法,以12只爱拔益加公鸡随机分为3组:1组为糙米日粮试验组,2组为玉米日粮比较组,3组为内源排泄物测定组,研究糙米的营养价值。试验结果为:糙米和玉米的总能分别为16.75、16.74MJ/kg;AME和TME分别为(13.37±0.03)、(13.14±0.03)MJ/kg和(13.70±0.01),(13.50±0.01)MJ/kg;无氮浸出物含量分别为72.22%和70.11%,其真利用率分别为(96.94±2.18)%和(95.14±1.58)%;粗蛋白质含量分别为8.8%和8.6%,其表现利用率和真利用率分别为(45.60±0.346)%,(45.30±0.340)%和(50.93±0.208)%,(50.51±0.249)%;氨基酸总量分别为8.57%和8.56%,其平均表观利用率、真利用率分别是(73.40±2.74)%,(75.34±2.35)%和(77.19±1.12)%,(76.17±l.42)%。试验结果表明:糙米和玉米的营养价值相当,有些方面还略优于玉米。因此,糙米也属良好的能量饲料,代替玉米喂鸡是可行的。This experiment was conducted to determine the nutrient value of brown rice using TME method. Twelve arbor acre adult roosters were randomly allotted to three groups:1.the experimental group of brown rice diet;2.the comparative group of corn dite;3. control group. The results showed that gross energy(GE), apparent metabolizable energy(AME),and true metabolizable energy(TME)of brown rice were l6. 75, 13.37±0. 03,and l3. 70 ±0. 01 MJ/kg, respectively.The GE, AME, and TME of maize were 16. 74, 13. 14 ±0.03,and 13. 50 ±0. 01 MJ/kg,respectively. The nitrogen free extract content(NFE) and NFE true availability(NFETA) were 72. 22%and(96. 94±2. 18)%in brown rice and 70. 11%and(95. 14±1. 58)%in maize. The crude protein(CP), apparent availability(CPAA),and true availability(GPTA)were 8.8%,(45. 60±0. 340)%, and (50. 93±0. 208)%in brown rice and 8.6%,(45. 30±0. 346)%, and(50. 51±0. 249)%in maize. The gross amino acid contents(GAA ) were 8. 57%in brown rice and 8. 56%in maize. The average apparent and true availability were(73. 40 ±2. 74 )%and(77. 19 ±1.12)%in brown rice and(71. 34±2.35)%and(76. 17±l. 42)%in maize.These results suggest that the nutrient value of brown rice were similar to maize. But in some respects the nutrient value of brown rice was better than that of corn.Hence,it is possible to use brown rice as substitute for maize.
