摘 要:全面实时监测企业运行状态及市场环境,发现企业当前运行的问题,识别市场潜在机会,将企业关键变化信息及时地以适当的形式呈现给企业各个层次的相关决策者和执行者,是企业快速决策的关键。本文扩充了传统的企业绩效管理方法,通过拓展质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)方法,提出了新的用于过程企业绩效实时监测的智能QFD方法,该方法通过引入一套基于指标变化的且周期可配置的标准,通过特定时间周期内指标变量与标准的对比,动态地监测企业运行过程的变化,并基于用户角色及其执行的任务以适当的详细程度和格式为企业运作人员及时提供所需信息,以利于快速分析和决策。这种实时的企业绩效管理一方面随时发现企业内部运营的问题,同时识别市场和商业机会,对企业在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中做到“科学决策、优化运营和快速反应”起重要的作用。As one important step of performance management, real time performance management is important for the enterprise operation personnel to have access to the latest information and operation status in real time so as to know the current situation and make informed and timely decisions. In this contribution, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method has been extended and then applied to a dynamic performance monitoring method which can monitor operation measures dynamically and detect any changes or deviations.The method is user configurable and dynamic and allows adding, configuring and updating criteria target values and measures. The method can be run frequently enough to monitor system performance and market movement so that unplanned or abnormal situations can be dealt with and new business opportunities can be captured. Then this paper presents a role and task based visualization method for presenting performance views to the relevant user roles and the tasks undertaken. A simplified case study based on a Chinese pharmaceutical enterprise is given to demonstrate the use of the method.
