摘  要:针对苏州—南通长江公路大桥钢锚箱式索梁锚固结构进行了足尺(1∶1)静载试验和疲劳试验。采用空间有限元方法分析实桥和试验模型锚固区的应力与变形,将试验与计算结果进行比较,验证计算方法的正确性。探讨此种锚固结构的传力机理、应力分布。研究焊缝长度、加劲肋和横隔板等对腹板应力的影响,探讨锚固区设计的进一步优化。为优化设计做了大量仿真计算。提出改善应力分布、减小应力集中的措施。With the background of Suzhou-nantong Yangtze River Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge, full scale static load model test and fatigue model test have been carried out. The results of model tests are compared with 3D finite element analysis. Based on the model tests and theoretical analysis, the mechanical behavior and stress distribution are studied. For further optimization design, the influences of weld length, stiffening rib and diaphragm plate for the web stresses distribution are studied and compared. Large quantity simulation calculations have been done and some suggestions to improve stress distribution and reduce stress concentration are discussed.
