关于新时期高师体育教学改革“师范性”问题的探索

摘　　要：21世纪是人才竞争的世纪,培养高素质人才的关键是建立一支高素质的教师队伍,为了适应21世纪的发展对高素质教师的要求,以及欠发达地区教育的特殊性,本文从高师教育的"师范性"入手,通过文献研究法和访问调查法,对欠发达地区高师体育教学改革,应保持"师范性"的问题及应采取的措施进行了论述和探讨,旨在为我国高师体育教学改革应做到统一性与灵活性相结合提供借鉴与参考。The 21st century is an era of talent competition. Based on the characteristics of the education in undeveloped regions, it is very essential to set up a qualified team of PE teachers in order to satisfy the requirement of the development of the 21st century. With the combination of the documentary analysis and interview investigation, in the perspective of “normal institutions＇ characteristics”, this paper explores in which way to maintain the “normal institutions＇ characteristics” in the PE teaching reforms in normal institutions, in order to provide the scientific references for the combination of “unity”and “flexibility” in the PE teaching reforms.
