摘 要:目的比较缺血时猫脑不同部位脑血流、氨基酸的变化并研究两者之间的关系。方法利用激光多普勒血流计,持续监测猫脑不同部位(颞叶、枕叶)在脑缺血时脑皮层表面的血流变化;利用微透析技术,测定相同位置细胞间隙中的氨基酸变化。结果在阻断猫大脑中动脉(MCA)后,颞叶和枕叶部位的脑血流迅速下降,分别为正常值的21.44%和23.61%,并在2h内缓慢下降;微透析液中谷氨酸浓度迅速增加,可达到正常值的80余倍。结论缺血时猫颞叶和枕叶的脑血流与谷氨酸浓度变化相同,差异无统计学意义。Objective To investigate the changes of cerebral blood flow (CBF) and amino acids in different cerebral cortex regions in local cerebral ischemia cats. Methods Local cerebral ischemia in cats were produced by permanent occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) via the transorbital approach. The probes of microdialysis and the Laser Doppler flo wmetry monitor were fixed on the skull fordetecting the regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) at the brain cortex surface and the changes of amino acids in the brain cortex in the same site. Results The CBF in the temporal and occipital was decreased to 21.44 % and 23.61% separately when the MCA was occluded and reduced slowly to 15.74 % and 9.96 % respectively at 2 h. The level of glutamate in the microdilysate was increased about 80 times as compared with the normal condition in both points. Conclusion After MCA occlusion the rCBF and release of Glu are similar in temporal and occipital cortexs of cats.
