对国有企业委托代理风险的分析

摘　　要：随着所有权与经营权的进一步分离,国有企业运营逐步引入了委托代理机制,委托代理风险也因此应运而生。介绍了委托代理风险的表现形式和产生的原因,从制度因素、客观因素、主观因素等方面提出了化解委托代理风险的对策。Along with the further separation of the proprietary rights and the management rights, the operation of the state-owned enterprises introduce gradually the mechanism of the entrusted agency,and the risks of the entrusted agency emerges as the times require. This paper introduces the representative forms and generation causes of the risks of the entrusted agency, and puts forward some countermeasures for dissolving the risks of the entrusted agency from aspects of the system factors, subjective factors and objective factors.
