摘　　要：《毛泽东思想概论》教学主线是“实事求是、群众路线、独立自主”这一毛泽东思想活的灵魂。教学实践中应实现概念教学到观念教学的转化,帮助学生在理论上完整、准确地理解和把握毛泽东思想的同时,引导学生关注毛泽东思想活的灵魂中的哲学取向,培育和树立马克思主义世界观和方法论。In teaching Introdution to Mao Zedong Thought, the main threads should stress the living soul of Mao Zedong Thought, namely “seeking truth from facts, following the mass line, maining independence and initiativez”. In teaching practice, teachers should complete the process of transforming the teaching concepts, help students grasp the basic theories and ideas perfectly and accurately. Emphasis should be put on cultivating students＇understanding of the philosophical orientation, namely the living soul of Mao Zedong Thought, and nourishing their Marxist world outlook and methology.
