摘  要:就科学发展观指导下我国民族地区如何推行素质教育的问题,从民族地区素质教育的紧迫性、在推行中所遇到的困难及相应对策三方面予以分析。素质教育是一项系统工程,要真正实现素质教育,必须协调好社会各层面的关系,做到统筹兼顾,才能实现可持续发展。The article deals with three subjects:How to implement education for all - round development in minority nationality regions guided by the concept of scietific development;The urgency of education for all - round development in minority nationality regions;the difficulities met with in the process of implementation and coping tactics. Qunlity education is a systematic project, which requires the coordination of relations at different social levels. Snstanable development can be achieved only if we make overall plans and take all factors into consideration.
