摘 要:人事制度改革的核心是建立一种充满生机和活力的用人机制。护理部经过测算护理人力的需求,协调人事部门,对护理人力资源进行了整合,建立了更合理、科学的护理人力使用机制。主要的整合措施是:合理进行定编定岗,界定了护理与非护理岗位,完善了后勤保障系统,界定了夜班与非夜班部门,创造了各具特色的排班方式,建立了护士岗位轮转制度,聘用制度与岗位需求相结合,培养护理临床、教学、管理、科研人才。The oore of human resource innovation is to establish a thriving human resource utilization rnethod.By calculating the need of nursing human resource, ooordinating with human resource department and integrating nursing human resource, the nursing department establishes a thriving human resource utilization method. The main integrating measures are: to define the posts and the number of nurses those posts need rationally, to define nursing the post and the non-nursing post, to perfect the logistic system, to define the night shift department and the day shift department, to create a characteristic shift-arranging method, to establish the post rotating system of nurse, to link employmentt with the need of post and to cultivate nursing dinical, educational, administrative and research talents.
