摘 要:岩藻多糖,特别是低分子质量的岩藻多糖具有多种生理活性功能。岩藻多糖降解酶可以将分子量大的岩藻多糖降解成小分子量的岩藻低聚糖。本实验从广东海域筛选到1株编号为1.1e的产岩藻多糖降解酶的菌株。根据菌株的形态、生理生化特征及API条带分析结果,鉴定为多食鞘氨醇杆菌(Sphingobacteriummultivorum)。产生岩藻多糖降解酶的多食鞘氨醇菌在国内外均无报道。本研究的开展,为进一步利用岩藻多糖降解酶法生产低分子量岩藻糖聚合物、寡糖等提供了先决的条件。Fucoidan, in particular the low molecular weight fucoidan, possess various physiological activities. Fucoidanase can hydrolyse complex fucoidan, thus producing low molecular weight molecules. In this study, one fucoidanase-producing marine bacterium designated as strain 1. 1e was isolated from Guangdong coast. On the basis of morphological and physiological characteristics, as well as API analysis, it is identified to be Sphingobacterium multivorum. Fucoidanase producing Sphingobacterium multivorum has not been reported before. This study has laid a foundation for the further characterization of the enzyme and paved the way for the production of lower molecular weight fucoidan as well as fucoidan oligosaccharides in the future.
