摘　　要：对话作为一种时代精神,已为教育工作者所提倡和推崇。如何实现课堂有效的对话就显得更为重要。从权利与责任对等的角度首先提出对话的责任,即对学习群体的责任,对准确知识的责任,对严密思维的责任。随后探讨学习目标的达成,并据此选择教学任务和互动方式。最后,教师还要考虑建立一套教学常规,提高课堂效率。The essay discusses how to achieve effective dialogue, a spirit of modern times, widely advocated by educators.In terms of balance of rights and obligations, it puts forward the responsibility in dialogue, namely, responsibility for the learning community, for accurate knowledge, and for rigorous thinking. Then it surveys the attainment of learning goals,the instructional tasks, interactive formats involved, and teachers＇ routines as well.
