摘　　要：介绍了一种质粒ＤＮＡ的快速提取方法，所分离出的ＤＮＡ纯度较好，全部操作均在一只Ｅｐｐｅｎｄｏｒｆ管中进行，含质粒ＤＮＡ的上清液可直接点样走琼脂糖凝胶电泳。此法操作简便，整个提取过程只需３０ｍｉｎ便可完成。This paper introduced a rapid method for extraction of plasmid DNA at a high purity. All the process can be completed only in a Eppendorf tube.The supernatant liquid containing plasmid DNA can be directly sampled for agarose gel electrophoresis. This mothod was simple and easy in operation, and the whole extracting process could be finished within 30 minutes.
