摘　　要：公共艺术是社会发展的必然产物,是艺术设计学科新生的一个专业方向。通过从公共艺术学科的发展及人才培养的角度出发,探讨与分析公共艺术设计的学科及课程体系的构建;并指出师资队伍建设及公共艺术人才培养需要注重的几个方面,从而创造一个能培养具有学科特色的设计艺术人才的实践环境及课程体系。Public arts are the inevitable products of social development and the artistic design is a newborn discipline. The article begins with the development of public artistic discipline and the education of talented persons, and then discusses the discipline of public art design and the curriculum system constructing. The paper also points out that several considerations should be taken into account on the teacher＇s development and student＇s foster to create a practice environment and a curriculum system with its disciplinary characteristics.
