广州市花都区2000～2004年月饼卫生微生物检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市花都区中秋月饼卫生微生物感染和变化情况。方法对2000～2004年花都区中秋月饼卫生监测情况进行统计分析。结果5年来月饼合格率各年之间(P<0.01),各类月饼间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论2000～2004年全区中秋月饼卫生质量良好。Objective To investigate the hygienic quality and the microorganism contamination of the moon cakes in Huadu district, Guangzhou. Method Microorganisms in the moon cake samples were detected by standard methods.A survey of the hygienic quality of the moon cakes also conducted during 2000～2004. Result There were significant differences on the passing rate of the moon cakes between different years （P〈0.01）. However, no significant differences were shown in different kinds of moon cakes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hygienic quality of moon cake is satisfactory in Huadu district during 2000～2004.
