摘　　要：医学生创新能力的培养已成为当前高等医学院校素质教育的主要内容.在观念和教法上都具有较强稳定性的解剖学教学中如何培养学生的创新能力已成为值得广大解剖学教师思考的一个问题,阐述了在解剖学教学中培养学生创新能力的必要性以及培养创新能力的体会和具体做法.The cultivation of students＇ innovation abilities has become a main part of the quality education in higher medical institutes at present. In anatomy teaching which is full of stability in conception and teaching methods, how to train students＇ innovation abilities has become an issue that deserves the consideration of anatomy teachers. This article mainly expounds the necessary of training students＇ innovation abilities and the experiences and concrete methods in anatomy teaching.
