摘　　要：针对高校学生政治辅导员队伍存在的主要问题,指出要切实调动学生政治辅导员工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,要建设一支素质过硬、结构合理、高效精干的学生政治辅导员工作队伍,从而促进高校学生政治辅导员队伍建设的可持续发展。In view of the main problems existing in the political counsellor team of college students, this article puts forward that we should practically arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the political counsellor of students, in order to build a political counsellor team of college students with firm-quality, reasonable construction, high-efficiency, keen-wit and capability, consequently urge the sustainable development of the construction of political counsellor team of college students.
