摘　　要：根据职业教育过程与企业过程的相似性,通过分析企业开发生产新产品的过程,从而明确职业教育在应对市场需求时应该具有的过程及机制,指出了目前职业教育的应对机制及应对能力的不足,探讨了促进职业教育快速健康发展的方法.This paper nails down the process and the mechanism of vocational education when dealing wits market requirements by comparing vocational education with enterprises and by analyzing the developrent of new produets by enterprises. It points out the insufficient mechanism and capability vocational education at the present time and explores the methods for promoting the development of vocational education.
