早孕人工流产妇女阴道分泌物检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解早孕人工流产妇女中细菌性阴道病(BV)、滴虫性阴道炎、念珠菌阴道炎的检出率及其相互关系。方法:对早孕人工流产妇女,取阴道分泌物做生理盐水湿片镜检筛查滴虫性阴道炎,同时将阴道分泌物涂片做革兰染色镜检筛查细菌性阴道病、念珠菌阴道炎。结果:516份阴道分泌物标本中,BV、念珠菌阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎检出率分别是33·53%、9·11%和4·07%,BV合并念珠菌阴道炎、BV合并滴虫性阴道炎的检出率分别为5·62%和2·13%,BV同时合并念珠菌阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎检出率1·55%。结论:在早孕人工流产妇女中BV检出率最高。提示临床医生应重视人工流产术前进行常见阴道感染、特别是BV的检查,以避免因漏诊而引起的不良结局。Objective： To know the detective rate of bacterial vaginosis （BV）, candidal vaginitis and trichomonal vaginltis ot women with early pregnancy induced abortion and its correlation. Methods： Vaginal secretions extracted from women with early pregnancy induced abortion were detected to screen trichomonal vaginitis, BV and candidal vaginitis. Results： The prevalence of BV, candidal vaginitis and trichomonal vaginitis in 516 sampling of vaginal secretion were 33. 53% , 9. 11% and 4. 07% respectively. The prevalence of BV complicated candidal vaginitis, or complicated trichomonal vaginitis was 5.62% and 2. 13% respectively, The prevalence of BV complicated candidal vaginitis and trichomonal vaginitis was 1.55%. Conclusion： The detective rate of BV in women with early pregnancy induced abortion was the highest, which suggested that clinicians should pay attention to detecting common vaginal infection, especially BV, before induced abortion operation to avoid the adverse outcome resulting from missed diagnosis.
