摘 要:将肝胆胰内科和外科疾病内容整合成临床系统化课程,编写中英文对照教材,采用双语授课.结果表明,临床系统化教学能够避免授课内容的重复,增强课堂教学的实效性,有利于知识的系统性掌握;采用双语授课既提高了学生的英语水平又激发了他们学习专业课的兴趣;系统化教学与双语授课结合实施能够解决双语教学课时紧张的问题.本文还对教学过程中存在的问题进行了探讨.The contents of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases in both internal medicine and surgery were reorganized as a systematic course. The textbook is written in both Chinese and English and the course is delivered bilingually. The results show that systematic teaching avoids the repetition of teaching contents, improves effect of classroom teaching, and helps master knowledge systematically. Bilingual teaching has improved students' English level and at the same time aroused their interest in specialty learning. The combination of bilingual teaching with systematic teaching can help solve problems such as shortage of teaching hours during bilingual teaching. Some problems found during teaching are discussed as well.
