摘　　要：本文讨论非方系统的Ｍｏｒｇａｎ问题．利用该问题的特性及Ｙｏｋｏｙａｍａ－Ｈａｎ标准形，得到了ＭＰ有解的充分必要条件：它由一组约束方程组成．对一类非方系统的ＭＰ。In this paper the Morgan's problem (MP) of non-quadrant systems is discussed. Noticing the characteristics of MP and with the help of Yokoyama-Han canonical form,we obtain a set of constraints which are needed essentically and only if there is a solution in MP. For a particalar kind of MP in non-quadrant systems this set of constraints have a good picture of calculating possibility.
