摘 要:本文研究了用D61树脂吸附和分离萝卜红色素的方法。试验结果表明:D61树脂吸附和分离萝卜红色素的交换容量为60.91mg/ml湿树脂,吸附平衡时间为40分钟。被吸附的萝卜红色素用含0.1molHCl/l的80%乙醇洗脱,洗脱液温度为50℃,流速为2BV/hr。D61树脂非常稳定,使用15次后交换容量仅降低11%,再生12次对其吸附能力无明显影响。萝卜苷是一种负离子,因而不被D61树脂吸附。经过回收乙醇和真空干燥得到膏状的萝卜红色素产品,收率为1.96mg/100ml废水。A method of adsorbing and separating Radish red pigment with D61 resin was studied.Adsorption capacity of D61 resin for the pigment was 60. 91mg. ml-1 wet resin, and the equilibrium time was 40mins. All Radish red pigment that had been absorbed by D61 resin was eluted at 50℃ by a eluent in which concentraction of HCl and alcohol was 0. 1mol. l-1 and 80% respectively at the flow rate of 2BV/hr. After fifteen times of use, the exchange capacity was decreased by 11. 9%. After the resin was reactivated twelve times, the capacity didn't changed. Because mustard oil is negative ion, it was not adsorbed by the resin. After distilation and vacuum drying, a paste product was obtained with yield of 1.96mg. 100ml-1 waste water.
