Tween 80存在下桑色素与Fe(Ⅲ)显色反应的研究及应用

摘  要:研究了在非离子表面活性剂Tweed 80存在下,3,5,7,2′,1′,五羟基黄烯酮(桑色素,Morin)与Fe(Ⅲ)显色反应的适宜条件,发现在pH 3.4~1.7的HOAc-NaOAc介质中,配合物最大吸收波长为417nm,用摩尔比法、斜率比法和平衡移动法测得配合物组成为Fe(Ⅲ):Morin=1:3。表观摩尔吸光系数为6.18×10~4,表观不稳定常数β_不=2.04×10^(-16)。方法操作简便,结果稳定,选择性好,可用于铝合金及人发中铁的测定,结果满意。A simple sensitive and selective method for the spectrophotometrie determination of iron has been developed. Fe ( Ⅲ ) reacts with 3,5,7,2' ,4' pentahydroxyflavone (Morin) in the presence of Tween 80 to form a stable complex. Fe( Ⅲ ) can form a 1 : 3 complex with Morin in the HOAc-NaOAc solution at pH 4. 0. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 6. 48 × 104 at 417nm. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of Fe( Ⅲ ) 0-18μg/25ml. The color is stable for at least 24h. Thiourea and sodium fluoride are used to increase the selectivity of the method. The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace iron in alumim um alloys and human hair with satisfactory results. The recovery of Fe( Ⅲ ) is in the range of 97. 0%-101.5%.
