摘　　要：本文用ＳＰＥＣＴ测定１４例正常人和２１例帕金森病患者ｒＣＢＦ相对定量值（ＲＱ值），发现患者组左侧额叶下部皮层、左侧枕叶皮层和双侧丘脑区ＲＱ值较对照组明显减少，说明帕金森病患者存在局部脑血液供应障碍。而帕金森病患者轻重两组间上述部位的ＲＱ值无显著性差异。The relative regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)was estimated in 21 patients with Park inson’s disease compared with that of 14 age matched controls using single photon emission computer tomograph(SPECT). The rCBF relative quantitative(RQ)values in left inferior frontal and Occipital regions and bilateral thalam us were significantly less than those in the con-trols.There was no obvious difference of the ROvalues between mild and severe subgroupo of those patients.
