激素对猴头菇生长发育及产量影响的研究

摘　　要：选用了四种激素、四种浓度、四种施药剂量和四个施药期喷施猴头菇,采用四因素,四水平的正交试验设计。结果表明,激素浓度适当时,具有促进猴头菇菌丝体生长,缩短生长周期,提高产量的效果,尤以赤霉素效果最好,并初步筛选出了最佳组合。Effects of four kinds of hormones with four dosages, four concentrations and four spraying stages on Hericium erinaceus were studied in this experiment. The method of positive intersection design was used with four factors and four levels for each factor. The results showed that the suitable hormone concentration could promote the mycelium growth, shorten the growth cycle and increase the yield of Hericium erinaceus. And GAS was selected 'as the best suitable hormone.
