摘 要:用食物组成评分(FGS)法[1],分析我国贫困地区学龄前儿童的膳食模式和营养状况,显示出儿童的膳食模式能够反映其营养状况。对不同模式的儿童家庭背景进行分析表明,随着儿童家庭经济状况或父母的文化程度的提高,儿童膳食构成趋向于多样化,儿童的身高、体重状况也有明显好转。证明了经济收入、父母文化程度是通过膳食来影响儿童的营养状况。本文显示出食物组成评分法有其实用性。The dietary patterns and its relationship with nutritional status of the preschool children in poor areas were analyzed using food group score(FGS)method.The results show that children's dietary patterns could indicate their nutritional status.Along with the increase of the family economic income and the parent's education level,the children's dietary compositions became diversified. The height and weight of children increased also. These results prove that the income and education level of parents have effect on the children'S nutritional status.The FGS has advantages in dietary information analysis.
