多发性神经纤维瘤病患者的大家系调查

摘　　要：本文报告一个多发性神经纤维瘤病大家系,在6代153人中,发病18人,其中男5人,女13人。符合常染色体显性遗传。主要临床表现是皮肤咖啡牛乳色斑和皮肤粘膜神经纤维瘤。A Large kindred with 153 members in 6 generations were examined; of them 18 had suffered from the Multiple Neurofibromatosis. Out of them 5 were males. 13 females. The transmis-sion accords with autosomal dominant inheritance. The main clinic expression is skin cafe au lait spot or neurinoma of skin and macousa.
