盐生杜氏藻大量培养条件的研究

摘　　要：阐述了大量培养盐生杜氏藻的有关条件：在培养过程中需要间断地通ＣＯ２１０ｍｌ／ｓ；加入３０μｍｏ１／ＬＥＤＴＡ、５０μｍｏ１／Ｌｆｅ￣（３＋）、０．１ｍｍｏ１／ＬＭｇ３＋均可提高藻体的生长，对β－胡萝卜素的积累有利；在培养过程中需加０．３ｍｍｏ１／Ｌ的脲素作为氮源，也有利于藻体的生长。The conditions for massive culture of Dunaliella salina are Studied:CO2 10m/s is bubblidin to the cultural rnedium;the feeding of adequate dosage of EDTA 30μmol/L,50μmol/L Fe2+,and 0. 1mmol/L Mg2+ will ac,elerate the growth of the Dunaliella salina and in favor of theaccumulation of the β-carotene.0.3mmo1/L of urea is fed as a source of nitrogen is in favor of thegrowth of the Dunaliella sulina.
