摘 要:本研究通过肌注氯化锌的动物实验,主要进行锌通过胎盘屏障和血脑屏障从母体转运到胎体的研究。实验采用原子吸收法测定母体和胎体组织中锌、铜、铁的含量,用SephadexG-75柱分析法测定金属硫蛋白(MT)的含量。结果表明,经皮下注射的无机锌,能迅速经母血转运到母体的肝脏、肌肉及胎盘,实验组与对照组之间差别显著,不同孕期的实验组间锌含量无显著性差异。在早孕阶段,锌能通过胎盘屏障转运到胚胎,实验组和对照组问有显著的差异(P<0.01),中孕阶段,实验组胎脑中的锌含量比对照组也有增高的趋势。母体肝脏和胚胎MT的合成受锌的诱导,实验组胚胎MT(0.46nmol/g)约是对照组(0.10nmol/g)的4.5倍。推测MT在锌的转运中起重要作用。he transport of zinc crossing the placenta during the early and mid一 pregnancy of rabbits which had been injected with ZnCl2(20mg/kg body weight)was studied.Zinc,copper and iron content in maternal and fetal tissues were determined by atomic absorbtion spectrophotometry(AAS);metallothionein(MT)ncontent Was analyzed by sephadex G-75column method.The results sliowed that zinc injected subcutaneouslv couldbe distributed rapidly to the maternal liver,muscle and placenta by blood,and transported across placental barrier to embryo, Significant differencewas found between experimental and control groups (P<0.01).There wasno significant increase in the fetal brain zinc level during mid-pregnancy,but a trend of increasing brain zinc concentrations was evident.Metalloth-ionein svnthesis was induced bv zinc in rabbit liver and embrvo。MT con-centrations of liver and embryo were much higher in the zinc-injected rabbitsthan that in the control group(P<0.01).It was suggested that zinc couldbe transmitted from mother to embryo and MT might play an importantregulatory role in the transportation
