血清酸溶液性蛋白测定在肿瘤诊断上的价值

摘　　要：藉改良的考马斯亮蓝染料结合法,对正常成人,良性肿瘤患者和恶性肿瘤患者共430例进行血清酸溶性蛋白测定。结果表明,血清酸溶性蛋白测定在恶性肿瘤筛查、诊断和良、恶性肿瘤鉴别上有一定的临床实用价值。Serum acid soluble proteins(ASP) in normal subjects (100 cases), patients with benign tumouts (19 cases) and patients with various malignant tumouts (311 cases) were determined by modified Coomassie Brilliant Blue dye binding method. The serum ASP concentrations (±S) were 1.042±0.231g/L in normal subjects, 1.133±0.384g/L in patients with benign tumours and 1.542±0.564-2.704±1.266g/L in patients with various malignant turnouts. The Serum ASP concentrations were not statistically different in normal subjects from patients with benign tumours (P>0.05). The serum ASP concentrations in patients with various malignant tumours were higher than those in normal subjects (P<0.001) or patients with benign tumours (P<0.025-0.001). The ±2S of the serum ASP concentrations in normal subjects (1.504g/L) was chosen as the cutoff value. Positive results were found in 2.0% of normal subjects, 10.5% of patients with benign tumours and 60.0%-91.3% of patients with various malignant tumours. The results suggested that serum ASP assay might be of practical value in mass-screening and diagnosis of malignant tumours.
