摘  要:通过香菇液体菌种深层发酵中试,初步确定了工艺流程及各级配方,证明了此工艺可在短时间内生产出大量菌液,是一种快速生产香菇菌种的好方法。香菇菌液接入蔗渣生料栽培子实体试验,提供了一种克服污染、提高产量、节约成本,较为简单和实用的栽培模式。Aprocess of the liquid strain submerged fermentation technique of Lentinus edodes and its medium formulas of each grade have been dctermined in the experiment.whichhas proved to be a satisfactory method for producing rapidly a large amount of liquidstrain within a short time.A simple and practical pattern of culturing Lentinus edodeshas been obtained from the test of culturing its fruit body by inoculating the liquidstrain on the unfermented substrate of cane trach,which could control contamination,increase yield and save cost.
