摘 要:本研究采用利脑测验(LSCT)对学习能力障碍儿童(LD)和正常儿童进行了测试比较。结果表明,在各时间档条件下LD组对字母的平均反应次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对图案的选择除1000ms外均高于对照组(P<0.01)。随着刺激呈现时间的缩短,对照组儿童对字母的选择倾向明显递增(P<0.01),但LD组的反应倾向较少受刺激时间变化的影响(P>0.05)。表明LD儿童神经心理特征表现为大脑左半球功能相对激活不足,两组儿童的反应特征与性别差异无关。This study aimed to compare the performance of Letter Shape Composite Test be-tween learning disabled (LD)and normal children. In terms of the average number of response tochoice a letter,it was significantly less in LD children than that in normal children no matter the lengthof stimulus presentation. Compared with controls, LD children presented more preferene to pictures andstimulus presentation time seemed to have no remarkable influence on their tendencies in response.However,with the shorter stimulus presentation,normal children showed more preference to choice aletter.No significan difference was found between boys and girls.The results suggested relative lefthemisphere underactivation in children with learning disabilities.
