金银花中挥发性及半挥发性成分的测定及其在烟草中的应用展望

摘　　要：采用GC-MS法,研究了金银花中挥发性及半挥发性成分的种类及含量,对其在烟草中的应用进行了展望,以期为卷烟工业加香加料提供理论依据。金银花中的挥发性及半挥发性成分主要有醛类、醇类、酮类、羧酸类、烷烃、烯烃等,其中含量较高的有:n-十六烷酸(15.75%),新植二烯(4.3%),油酸(2.211%),二十烷(2.014%),3-己烯醛-1-醇(1.769%),二十一烷(1.252%),十七烷(1.023%),α-松油醇(1.007%)。新植二烯、油酸等是卷烟中的重要致香成分,对改善卷烟抽吸品质有促进作用,而新植二烯、油酸在金银花中的含量相对较高,因此,可将金银花提取物作为卷烟加香加料的来源,提高卷烟香气。In order to provide more fragrant spices resources for cigarette industry,the type and content of volatile and semi-volatile components in honeysuckle were studied by using GC-MS method,and the application prospect of these components in cigarette industry was discussed.The volatile and semi-volatile components of honeysuckle mainly included aldehydes,alcohols,ketones,acids,alkanes,alkenes and so on,among them the components with higher content were n-hexadecanoic acid(15.75%),neophytadiene(4.300%),oleic acid(2.211%),eicosane(2.014%),3-hexenal-1-alcohol(1.769%),heneicosane(1.252%),heptadecane(1.023%) and alpha-terpineol(1.007%).Neophytadiene and oleic acid are important cigarette aroma components that can effectively improve the gas quality and suction quality of cigarette,and the content of neophytadiene and oleic acid in honeysuckle is also relatively high,therefore,they can be extracted from honeysuckle and be used as a resource for the improvement of the cigarette fragrance.
