摘  要:用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)对火龙果种子进行渗透胁迫处理,试验结果表明:随着PEG-6000浓度的增大,火龙果种子的发芽势、发芽率和幼苗鲜重均呈下降趋势;当PEG-6000浓度达到12.50%时,火龙果种子的发芽率低于20.00%,种子发芽后几乎不能正常生长,幼苗鲜重只有对照的1/6;当PEG-6000浓度达到15.00%时,白肉种子不能发芽;当PEG-6000浓度达到20.00%时,红肉种子不能发芽。In this study,different concentrations of PEG-6000 solutions were used to do osmotic stress experiment on the seeds of pitaya,the results showed that the germination potential,germination percentage and seedling fresh weight of pitaya all declined along with the increasing of PEG-6000 concentration.When the concentration of PEG-6000 attained 12.50%,the germination percentage was lower than 20.00%,the seedlings could not grow normally,and the fresh weight of the seedlings was only 1/6 of that of the check.When the concentration of PEG-6000 reached 15.00%,the white-flesh seed could not germinate.When the concentration of PEG-6000 reached 20.00%,the red-flesh seed could not germinate too.
