浅析高等职业教育教师队伍建设

摘　　要：阐述了当前高等职业院校教师队伍建设存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了若干建议。主要认为:应制定师资建设规划,健全稳定师资队伍的政策与措施;提升高等职业教育教师素质;优化结构,加强"双师型"教师队伍的建设;加强教师队伍自身的思想、道德建设。This article explains construction of current teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,points out the main problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward pertinently some suggestions.The author thinks that the number of teaching staff is not enough,therefore teacher development planning and policies and measures of perfect and?stable teaching staff should be worked out.And teaching staff quality in higher vocational education should be promoted,as it is not high.The teaching staff should be optimized structure and construction of 'Bi-Professional' teaching staff should be strengthened,because of unreasonable structure of teaching staff.What's more ideological and moral education of teaching staff themselves should be strengthened.
