创新型教师需要处理好八个关系

摘　　要：提高学生创新能力要求高校教师正确处理好八个关系:小角色和大责任的关系;"沉下去研究系统理论"与"跳出来激活社会需求"的关系;深和广的关系;师徒关系和教学相长的朋友关系;"岸上教游泳"和"水中教游泳"的关系;"苦学三四年"和"终身能受益"的关系;"生存"、"敬业"、"爱岗"和"乐岗"的关系;从"讲得少"到"讲得多"、"讲得对"到"讲得准"的递进关系。It is required that an innovative teacher should deal with 8 relationships to raise students' innovative capabilities.They are: the relationship between small roles and big responsibilities;the relationship between 'sit down to make a study of systematic theories' and 'walk out to activate social needs';the relationship between width and depth;the master-apprentice relation,as well as the friend relation between teaching and learning;the relationship between 'teach swim on shore' and 'teach swim in water';the relationship between 'study diligently for three or four years' and 'benefit the whole life';the relationship among 'survival','respect career','love career',and 'enjoy career' and the increasing relation from 'speak less' to 'speak more' and that from 'say it right' to 'say it accurately'.
