延边地区汉族青少年血压分布特征

摘　　要：[目的]分析延边地区汉族青少年血压分布特征.[方法]选取2008年—2009年间延边朝鲜族自治州安图县汉族高中学生体格检查资料.在清晨空腹安静状态下进行测量,采用汞柱式标准血压计测量血压,连续测量2次,取其平均值.依据2007年《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》诊断标准,以SBP/DBP≥130/85 mmHg为血压偏高;血压分型:单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)、单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)及收缩期合并舒张期高血压(SDH).[结果]进入结果分析的总例数为1 658名,其中男性为771人(46.50%),女性为887人(53.50%).男生SBP(mmHg)的P85及P95百分位点分别为125.0,130.0,女生分别为120.0,120.1;男女DBP(mmHg)的P85及P95百分位点均分别均为80.0,85.0.男生的SBP(115.5±9.9)和DBP(75.8±6.7)平均值均明显高于女生的SBP(107.3±10.1)和DBP(71.8±6.9)平均值,其差异均有统计学意义.男生高血压及ISH,IDH,SDH检出率分别为20.8%,9.2%,8.9%,2.6%,女生分别为7.8%,2.8%,4.2%,0.8%,性别差异均有统计学意义.[结论]高血压患病在延边地区汉族青少年中较普遍,且出现明显的性别差异.OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution of blood pressure(BP) in Han nationality adolescents of Yanbian area.METHODS Han nationality adolescents were selected from high schools in Antu Country of Yanbian and the survey were carried out in 2008 and 2009.BP was checked in the fasting and quiet state in the morning by the mercury sphygmomanometer.High BP was detected by the Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Blood Lipid Abnormality in Chinese Adult,and that is SBP/DBP≥130/85 mmHg.All subjects were divided into three subgroups as follows:isolated systolic high BP(ISH),isolated diastolic high BP(IDH) and systolic combined diastolic high BP(SDH).RESULTS Out of 1 658 cases,771 cases(46.50%) were male,and 887 cases(53.50%) were female.The level(mmHg) of SBP in boys was 125.0 in P85 and 130.0 in P95,in girls was 120.0 and 120.1,respectively,and the level of DBP was 80.0 in P85 and 85.0 in P95 in both sexes,respectively.The average levels of SBP and DBP in boys were 115.5±9.9 and 75.8±6.7,and in girls were 107.3±10.1 and 71.8±6.9,respectively,and there were significant sex differences.The prevalence of high BP,ISH,IDH and SDH in boys was 20.8%,9.2%,8.9% and 2.6%;and in girls was 7.8%,2.8%,4.2% and 0.8%,respectively,and there were significant sex differences.CONCLUSION High BP is popular in Han nationality adolescents of Yanbian area,and there is significant sex difference.
