摘　　要：照顾者角色是护士的本质角色。分析护士照顾者角色淡化的成因、表现与影响,论述"优质护理服务示范工程"与护士照顾者角色回归与重塑的关联,明确护士角色的正确定位对促进公立医院改革,提高医疗护理服务质量具有重要意义,提出护士角色要从观念、能力和自身素质等方面进行重塑。Nurses are characterized as caretakers.As the basic roles of nurses as caretakers are being neglected with each passing day,this issue is trying to analysis the causes,phenomenon and consequences of the above mentioned problem,discuss the relationship with'High Quality Nursing Service Demo Project'and returning and restructuring the role of nurses as caretakers.It is believed that the proper positioning of nurses’roles is very important to promote reform of the public hospital,as well as to raise the standard of medical nursing services.The pro-per way of rebuilding and restructuring nurses’roles is to redefine the concept,improve their ability and enhance the quality of the nurses.
